Monday 2nd March 2026

Kia ora whānau,

Here is what is coming up and how you can help:

Senior Swimming Sports: Taking place on Tuesday at the Thames Centennial Pool.

  • Drop-off: Please have your child at the pools by 8.50 a.m.

  • What to wear: Students can proudly wear their house colours.

  • What to pack: Togs, towels, sunscreen, water, and a generous lunch with extra snacks.

  • Footwear: Students need suitable walking shoes for the walk back to school.

  • Check your child’s bag for a letter with more details!

Thank You: We would like to extend our sincere thanks to our Senior Syndicate teachers for all the hard work they have put into organising this event.

Volunteers Needed: We would love extra caregiver help at the pools! If you can assist, please notify Ms Trenwith or the school office as soon as possible.

Room 9 Camp Meeting:

A meeting regarding the Term 4 camp is on Tuesday, 3 March, starting at 5.30 p.m. in Room 9.

Fundraisers:

  • Easter Egg & Firewood Raffles: A huge thank you to the Hinds-Haye family for their incredible generosity in donating both the Easter Egg raffles and the firewood! Tickets can be purchased at the school office. All proceeds from these raffles go towards our Kapa Haka uniforms. They will be drawn once all tickets are sold.

  • Room 9 Hot Cross Buns: Order forms have been sent home. Please support the Room 9 camp by getting your orders in by 13 March 2026. If you are returning orders with cash, this must be in a clearly labelled bag with the student's name and the total amount enclosed.

Our school is so fortunate to have such dedicated volunteers. We truly value the time, energy, and heart you pour into supporting our students and staff.

Enjoy your week!

Pam Kruger

Acting Principal
