Many thanks to TCDC Community Board Community Grant for funding for EPro8 science and engineering kits to the value of $690, and funding towards hall hire at the Civic Centre for our 50th Reunion. Thanks to Julie for this successful application.
Farewell to Mrs Libby Edlin and Mrs Sandra Good who have relieved in Room 9 this term while Mr Howes was on leave, and to Mrs Lisa Donaldson and Mrs Fiona Leach who have relieved in Rooms 2 and 7 during Mr Brock’s sabbatical leave while Mrs Kruger and Mrs Saunders have acted as Principal. Thank you all for your assistance and commitment to our school, we have really enjoyed having you teach at Moanataiari School. It is another busy week ahead, with parent conferences this Wednesday.
Please remember that we will be finishing school at 12 noon on Wednesday (except for Room 9 students). Friday this week is the end of Term 3 and we hope that everyone has a restful and refreshing break, ready for another busy term starting on Monday 18th October. We will have roofers on site this break replacing our roofing, and they will start putting up scaffolding this Thursday and Friday.
