It’s lovely to hear about the achievements that are noted in this week’s newsletter.
We hope our Year 8 students enjoy their time at NYLD this Wednesday. We are seeing a lot of illness at the moment. As much as we want your child at school, we don’t want bugs to spread. You should keep your child at home from school if they are too sick to learn and need time to rest and recover. Please inform us if your child is away with illness or another reason. We are focussing on attendance this term and there will be spot prizes for those students who have an attendance rate of 90% or above. The class with the best attendance rate will also get a prize.
