Kia ora tātou Congratulations to Ms Louise Hinds-Haye (our Room 5 teacher) and her partner John, on the birth of their son Lincoln John Arthur Edwards on Monday this week. Welcome back to Mrs Adrienne Dines who is teaching in Room 5 until Ms Hinds-Haye’s return next year.

A group of students went to Auckland to watch the America's Cup race.
Our senior students had a very successful evening last Friday selling food to raise funds for their Wellington camp at the Create the Vibe launch on Mary Street in Thames. Many thanks to everyone who donated food and helped run this event.

Kia ora tātou, Our evacuation up to Moanataiari Creek Road for the tsunami warning went very smoothly and promptly.
Thank you to all those families who came along and joined in the fun last Friday night and made it such a successful event. It was good to catch up and we had a great time.

A whakatau will be held at 1.30 pm this Friday 12th February to formally welcome our new students and families, followed by an afternoon tea.
