DOC Pest Detection Dog Handler Greg van der Lee and Sassy - a Jack Russell and West Highland Terrier cross visited some of our classes. Greg explained the work he does with Sassy to detect and locate rodents. Greg checks pest free islands or sancturies for rodents or mustelids - a busy job! It was a great information session for our students.
